Hostilities between Hamas and Israel are affecting tourism to the Holy Land.

Every Christmas season, visitors from around the world flock to Bethlehem to visit the place where many believe Jesus was born.

Dozens of Catholics packed the Church of the Nativity on Sunday. However, the number of visitors has dropped this year because people have been scared away by the fighting.

One hotel owner says about 25 percent of those who made reservations for this year canceled their plans after the war broke out.
