A new report by Bulgarian authorities blames Hezbollah for the bombing that killed five Israelis in that country last July.
A suicide bomber carried out the deadly attack on a tourist bus in the town of Burgas, a summer resort.
Interior Minister Tsvetan Tsvetanov said Bulgarian officials have established that two of the three people involved in the incident were "members of the militant wing of Hezbollah."
"There is data showing the financing and connection between Hezbollah and the two suspects," he told reporters Tuesday.
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said the report is further proof that Hezbollah is a global terrorist organization.
The European Union does not recognize Hezbollah as a terrorist group.
Netanyahu said the European Union should draw new conclusions about the "true character of Hezbollah."
