Recently revealed comments by Egyptian President Mohammed Morsi show his attitude toward Jews, the State of Israel, and the Palestinian conflict.
In a 2010 interview, Morsi refered to Jews as the descendants of apes and pigs and called on Palestinians to employ "all forms of resistance" against the Jewish state, including violence.
"These blood-suckers who attack the Palestinians, these warmongers, the descendants of apes and pigs … there is no place for them on the land of Palestine," Morsi said
Egypt's president called the peace process an illusion and said negotiations between Israel and the Palestinians must stop once and for all.
He also said Muslims and Arabs should "beseige the Zionists wherever they are" and drive them out of their countries.
