JERUSALEM, Israel -- For more than a decade, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has been warning the world of Iran's goal to develop nuclear weapons capabilities.

Netanyahu has repeatedly warned that Iranian leaders were using negotiations over its nuclear program to stall for time while lifting sanctions taking a toll on the country's economy.

A Twitter info-graphic attributed to Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei depicts Iran's "red lines" in negotiations with the P5+1 (United States, United Kingdom, France, China, Russia and Germany).

Last month during remarks before the United Nations General Assembly, Netanyahu warned that to defeat the Islamic State (ISIS) while allowing Iran to manipulate Western negotiators is to win the battle and lose the war.

"Make no mistake," Netanyahu said. "ISIS must be defeated. But to defeat ISIS and leave Iran as a threshold nuclear power would be to win the battle but lose the war."

The Iranian graphic, posted Sunday, lists 11 non-negotiable points.

"During the past year, Ayatollah Khamenei, in line with his support for the Iranian negotiators, has also stressed on the Iranian nation's rights and called it necessary to observe the red lines in the course of the nuclear talks," the post states, according to an Algemeiner report.

Those 11 points effectively zero the possibility of reaching an acceptable agreement with the West and prove Netanyahu correct.

Last week, satellite images of a massive explosion near Iran's Parchin nuclear plant convinced some western leaders that Iran has been developing technology to detonate nuclear bombs transported on ICBMs and other long-range missiles.

According to Algemeiner, at least some of the weapons research from the Parchin facility has been moved to another location. Last week's explosion and fire destroyed some of the Parchin plant.
