The U.N. Security Council voted unanimously to adopt the joint plan of action lifting U.N. sanctions from Iran in exchange for curbing its nuclear program.

Israeli Ambassador to the United Nations Ron Proser condemned the vote and warned the agreement endangers the region.

"Ladies and gentlemen, today you have awarded a great prize to the most dangerous country in the world. I hate to be the one who spoils the party, but someone has to say that the emperor has no clothes," Prosser said. "Today is a very sad day -- not only for the State of Israel, but for the entire world."

"It's not only that you have not cured the symptoms, you have strengthened the source of the problem," he said. "You have given the source of the problem -- Iran -- money, stability at home, and the time to carry out its destructive ideology." Watch his speech below.

The permanent members of the U.N. Security Council -- the United States, United Kingdom, France, Russia, and China -- plus Germany, made up the P5+1 world powers that negotiated the deal with Iran. Essentially, the Security Council approved its own deal.

Congress has 60 days to review the 159-page agreement, which includes a statement the Israeli daily Israel Hayom says did not appear in earlier drafts.

On page 142 under the header "Reactors, Fuels, Facilities and Processes," the agreement states the P5+1 powers and Iran will foster "cooperation through training and workshops to strengthen Iran's ability to protect against, and respond to, nuclear security threats, including sabotage, as well as to enable effective and sustainable nuclear security and physical protection systems."
