CBN News Terrorism Analyst Erick Stakelbeck said the capture of 23-year-old Private First Class Bowe Bergdahl is a difficult situation to resolve because the U.S. does not negotiate with terrorists.

However, Stakelbeck said it is likely that Bergdahl will emerge from the ordeal unharmed.
