New hate crimes legislation attached to a defense bill set for a vote Thursday has many Christians concerned.

Lawmakers assure the bill will protect homosexuals from attacks by opponents while also giving pastors the right to speak freely against homosexuality, but many aren't convinced.

Pastor and lawyer Bishop E.W. Jackson spoke with CBN News about the hate crimes legislation and what he thinks it would mean for Christian leaders and others who stand agaist homosexuality.
