A case involving the possible removal of a cross in California's Mojave Desert could have big implications on the display of religious symbols on government property.
Virginia representative Randy Forbes --founder and chairman of the Congressional Prayer Caucus-- says he's watching the case closely.
He fought and won to have the words "In God We Trust" added to the Capitol Visitors Center in D.C., and says preserving the Mojave cross is just as important.
