The provision in President Obama's healthcare bill that calls for the government to send agents into homes to teach parents how to raise their children could undermine parental rights.
One part of the proposed measure specifically talks about home visitations for low-income families, and communities with a high incidence of child maltreatment. But the bill does not limit government involvement to just those groups.
