The First Family is trading snow for sand this Christmas.
For the second year in a row, the Obamas will head to a tropical resort in Hawaii.
President Obama will delay delay his trip, however, until after the Senate wraps up its work on the health care bill.
ABC's Good Morning America took an exclusive look inside the $7,000 per night "winter White House."
"You have a chance to relax," said property owner Dave Zimmel. "You have this large enclosed area that feels like you're at your own private hotel, with lush setting and it's very peaceful here. It's very quiet."
The Obamas are renting out the two neighboring houses for family, friends and the Secret Service.
The First Family has also flown in an expensive Christmas tree from the mainland for their holiday celebration.
