Three days of intense hearings on Capitol Hill concluded Thursday for Supreme Court nominee Judge Sonia Sotomayor.
Sotomayor took on many issues in the hearing, ranging from the reverse discrimination lawsuit by the New Haven, Conn., firefighters to abortion and racism.
When Sotomayor was finished, many observers were eager to hear from outside witnesses.
Dr. Charmaine Yoest, president and CEO of Americans United for Life Action, testified at Sotomayor's hearing on Capitol Hill.
Yoest spoke with CBN News from Washington, D.C.. to discuss why she said Sotomayor's judicial philosophy makes her unqualified to serve on the court.
