Healthcare reform has been at the top of President Obama's agenda since taking office, even as many across the nation have expressed doubt over the proposed plans. 

Now, after a full year of debate, House Democrats are inching closer to passing the president's $940 billion health care overhaul, with a vote possible as early as Sunday, March 21.
