House Democrats have approved a $106 billion war funding measure without any Republican support.
    
The wars in Iraq and Afghanistan have been funded $80 billion.

But Republicans objected to billions of dollars in unrelated spending.
      
The International Monetary Fund will also receive $5 billion.

One top Republican is accusing the Democrats of using U.S. tax dollars to create a "global bailout loan program."
