The House was set to vote Tuesday on a $106 billion war spending bill.

The funding would help pay for the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan.

Some Republicans are not pleased the bill includes five billion dollars to help the International Monetary Fund increase its lending capacity.     

The vote is expected to be close.
