CBNNews.com - Massachusetts representative Barney Frank called Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia a "homophobe" in an interview with a gay news web site.

Frank said he doesn't want the issue of gay marriage to go to the Supreme Court now because "that homophobe Antonin Scalia has too many votes."

Scalia has complained that judges should not be taking on moral issues because elected officials should decide them.
