President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama will travel to Delaware Tuesday to attend funeral services for Vice President Joe Biden's mother.

The service will be held at the Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church in Wilmington.

Ninety-two-year-old Jean Biden died Friday.

Biden said his family learned the dignity of hard work from his mother. Many who knew her say her strength impacted their lives.

"I can't imagine any of Joe Biden's friends that hung around his house during his adolescence, that didn't profit in some way by being with her," said District Judge James Kennedy of Scranton, Pa.

Mrs. Biden often accompanied her son on the campaign trail during the 2008 presidential election.
