Reporters and politicians took a break from the tense health care debate to share a meal and a few laughs at the Radio and Television Correspondents' Dinner in Washington, D.C. Wednesday night.
Vice President Joe Biden represented the administration because President Obama, who usually hosts the annual event, was presiding over a St. Patrick's Day dinner at the White House.
Biden humorously noted the affair isn't quite as prestigious as the White House Correspondents' Dinner.
"I know a lot of you find it hard to understand why you get second billing," Biden joked. "Well, welcome to my world!"
