Former vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin rallied conservative activists in Nevada over the weekend.
She headlined campaign events with Arizona Sen. John McCain and spoke at a Tea Party rally.
She urged conservatives to head to the polls in November to vote out Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid and other Democrats who supported the president's health care legislation.
"They just passed that trillion dollar European-style healthcare scheme called Obamacare," Palin said. "Now, something's not quite right when Fidel Castro comes out and says he likes Obamacare, but we don't like Obamacare."
The latest Washington Post poll shows Americans are sharply divided over the legislation, with 46 percent saying they support the changes and 50 percent opposed.
