Republicans are drafting a new plan to win back the House of Representatives.
The plan is a project known as America Speaking Out. It is similar to the Contract With America in 1994 that fueled a GOP takeover of the House that year. Republicans seem to be determined to shed the "Party of No" label.
The new plan is not a GOP platform. Instead, they have asked Americans to go to a website and summit policy ideas.
Visitors to the site are asked to post an opinion about the economy, national security or other issues, or even a "Start Your Own Debate" with a posting that others can then respond to.
The ideas will be discussed and eventually put into the GOP election-year agenda.
However, Democrats argue that the website is just another form Republican agenda of returning to "the same failed policies that benefited the big banks, Wall Street, the oil companies and the insurance companies."
