A big voice for small businesses is speaking out against the new health care law.

The National Federation of Independent Business has joined the federal lawsuit filed by 20 states attorneys generals in Florida.

The lawsuit says it is unconstitutional to force Americans to buy health insurance and NFIB supports that position.

The NFIB is America's most influential small business lobby with 350,000 members.

One requirement of the new health care law that goes into effect in 2014, is that most Americans must carry health insurance.

The Obama administration argues that the coverage requirements rest on a solid constitutional foundation: the power of Congress to regulate interstate commerce.
