Sara Rajca is one of Rep. Gabrielle Giffords' staff members, and was with the congresswomen when Saturday's tragic shooting took place.

Giffords was shot in the head, and remains in critical, but doctors say her condition is promising.

Rajca told CBN News the shooter "casually" walked behind her as she stood near Giffords, and raised his hands. Rajca then noticed his gun and ran.

She said Giffords' staff has always been closely knit, and they are "coping" after Saturday's tragic event. The office has remained open after the shooting to "support the community."
