The House is set to vote Wednesday on repealing the new health care law.

The legislation will likely pass in the House, but is expected to have no chance of making it through the Senate.

Opposition to the law remains high. A new Associated Press poll revealed 41 percent of American's oppose it, while 40 percent support the law.

Republicans said a health care repeal will be a central issue in the 2012 election campaigns.
