A new Bloomberg News poll out of Iowa shows a four-way tie among the Republican presidential candidates.
Herman Cain, Ron Paul, Mitt Romney and Newt Gingrich are all within one percentage point of one another.
Cain leads at 20 percent, followed by Paul at 19 percent, Romney at 18 and Gingrich at 17 percent.
The poll has a four percent plus or minus margin of error.
The survey reveals that economic issues like jobs, taxes, and government spending are driving voters. It also shows that many Iowa voters haven't made up their minds.
Sixty percent of respondents say they can still be persuaded to vote for someone other than their first choice.
