Another storm is threatening the Republican Party and this one is headed for next week's convention in Tampa, Fla.
Forecasters are watching Tropical Storm Isaac in the Atlantic Ocean. The system could grow into a hurricane in the next few days.
''We're monitoring it,'' James Davis, communications director for the Republican National Convention, said.
''We're in close touch with all the federal, state and local agencies," he said. "We're focused on preparing still and having a great event starting on Monday.''
While it's still too early for some weather models to accurately predict the storm's path, some have Isaac striking Florida after moving across Cuba as early as Sunday.
