Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney is launching a new effort to win over evangelical leaders in the race for the White House.
CBN News Senior Political Correspondent David Brody reports in his blog, The Brody File, that while Romney has courted evangelicals for years, leaders are now starting to strategize on how to motivate the evangelical community to get behind him.
Many of these leaders who had opposed Romney, either for his Mormon faith or his past views, are now beginning to warm up to him.
Did the Supreme Court ruling on Obamacare push them in his corner?
Brody, who just released his new book about evangelicals and the Tea Party, called The Teavangelicals, talks about this effort and why key evangelical leaders appear to be having a sudden change of heart on Romney.
