A new poll shows Americans mostly blame President Obama for the stagnant economy.
The Hill commissioned the new survey, which was conducted by Pulse Opinion Research. It found that 53 percent of likely voters believe president's policies have slowed down the economy.
And the president tops the list when voters were asked which person or group caused the most damage.
Thirty-four percent of likely voters say it's mostly Obama's fault, while 23 percent blame Congress.
Twenty percent blame Wall Street. And four years later, 18 percent of Americans still blame President George W. Bush.
