The Supreme Court decision to uphold the individual mandate in President Barack Obama's health care law has intensified debate surrounding his leadership and handling of America's problems.
Now, many are wondering how the ruling will impact the upcoming presidential election.
Republicans are vowing to continue to fight the law in hopes of repealing it entirely.
But Dr. Charles Dunn, distinguished professor of government at Regent University and author of The Presidency in the 21st Century, warns GOP lawmakers must be careful not to "overreach."
Instead, Dunn said they should wait for voters who are "fired up" to oppose the law with their ballot in the November presidential election.
