Two American soldiers and three Afghan policemen were killed in another insider attack, Monday.

The shooting took place when an Afghan police officer grabbed a machine gun in the back of a police pickup truck and opened fire inside a police station where U.S. Special Operations Forces were visiting on Monday. Officials say the attacker was also killed in the shootout.

The shooting in Wardak Province is just the latest in a string of insider attacks against coalition and Afghan forces. It comes just one day after a deadline given by Afghans for U.S. Special forces to withdraw from the province.

The Wardak shooting is the third insider attack this year.
