U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder said he won't rule drone strikes in the United States.
In comments released on Tuesday Holder said that using drones against American citizens has never been done but it would be considered in an extraordinary circumstance.
Sen. Rand Paul, R-Ky., blasted Holder for the remarks.
"It's frightening that the U.S. would consider a strike against its own citizens on American soil," Paul said.
Paul said such an action would violate the Constitution.
