The crisis with Russia, immigration, and other scandals are clearly taking their toll on President Barack Obama's approval ratings.

Most American's now say they would vote for former presidential candidate Mitt Romney over Obama by 53 to 44 percent, according to a CNN poll released Sunday morning.

The results come after Gallup reported last week that the president's approval rating had fallen to 39 percent, with 54 percent saying they disapprove of how he's handling the job.
