Six states are holding primary elections for November's Senate races.

Among the most contended is Georgia, where the failures of Obamacare have top Democratic hopeful Michelle Nunn walking a tightrope in the Republican-leaning state.

When asked whether she would have voted for the law, Nunn told NBC News, "It's impossible to look back retrospectively and say, 'what would you have done if you were there?'"

Meanwhile in Kentucky, Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell is expected to beat GOP challenger Matt Bevin.

"It is not even going to be close," Republican strategist Scott Jennings, adviser to the pro-McConnell super PAC Kentuckians for Strong Leadership, told U.S. News and World Report.

"The McConnell operation should get a lot of credit for being prepared for this primary. This had the capacity to be a very, very rough election," he said.

Primaries are also under way in Arkansas, Idaho, Oregon, and Pennsylvania.
