Justices Could Soon Weigh in on Gay Marriage

The Supreme Court's recent inaction on the issue of gay marriage has left federal judge's rulings in place for individual states.

It appears likely that the Supreme Court could eventually be forced to weigh in on the issue, however, especially as conflicts are reaching federal circuits.

There has also been a united bipartisan push for a High Court ruling on the issue.
