The race to the White House is making a stop in Virginia Beach, Virginia, Friday.

Republican candidate Jeb Bush is visiting Regent University for its Presidential Candidate Forums. The former Florida governor is the first candidate to participate in the series.

Bush will be interviewed by Pat Robertson, the university's founder and chancellor.

Robertson, who is also founder of the Christian Broadcasting Network and host of The 700 Club, is very familiar with competitive presidential campaigns. He ran for the Republican nomination in 1988.

Chief counsel for the American Center for Law and Justice Jay Sekulow will also participate in Friday's forum. Sekulow will moderate an audience question-and-answer session with Bush.

The event begins at Regent University's Communication & Performing Arts Center at 3 p.m.
