CWN.org - Tensions remain high in the Maluku Islands in indonesia, where hundreds of Muslims rioted there earlier this week.

They say a Christian teacher made a comment that offended Islam during class.

Area Muslims set more than 50 buildings ablaze, including two churches. Six people were hurt in the violence.

The Indonesian government quickly sent in troops to stop the clashes.

Fighting between Muslims and Christians in the region killed 9,000 people eight years ago.
