Christians across the globe will lift their voices this weekend for those suffering for their faith.

Sunday is the International Day of Prayer for the Persecuted Church.

CBN News reporter George Thomas is in Afghanistan, where the government does not recognize Christians. Several attacks, including the killing of a Christian aid worker, have also put believers in the country on high alert.
