The nation of Burma still needs $700 million to recover from last year's devastating cyclone.

Cyclone Nargis struck last May and left more than 140,000 dead or missing.

Nine months later U.N. officials say nutrition and health care are among the greatest needs.

Foreign donors have been reluctant to give their money because Burma is ruled by a military dictatorship that oppresses its people.

Vision Beyond Borders, a Christian aid group, is helping Burma despite the obstacles.
