An Ohio court says a judge did not violate a court order by displaying the Ten Commandments.
The Americans Civil Liberties Union brought contempt charges against Judge James DeWeese for his poster that compares the Ten Commandments with seven humanist principles.
They say the display in the courtroom violated rules against showing the Ten Commandments.
But the judge overseeing the case says DeWeese did not break any rules. She calls the ACLU lawsuit "misplaced."
