A Virginia judge has ruled 11 breakaway Episcopal churches will be allowed to keep their church buildings.

The case represents yet another property battle as the Episcopal denomination continues to split.

Episcopal congregations across the country have broken with the main denomination over issues of biblical authority and homosexuality.

The Episcopal denomination says it will appeal the case with the Virginia Supreme Court.
