A sexual-themed billboard in Jacksonville, Fla., has some drivers doing double-takes.

The people who are behind the advertisement may be an even greater surprise to some folks. The billboard was bought by a church.

The billboard promotes a series of sermons entitled "Pure Sex, God's Way."

Pastor Bob Morro of the New Life Fellowship Church in Orange Park says that God created people to have sex. He says that there are parameters and boundaries for the act.

Morro's church has so far put up ten of the billboards and distributed more than 45,000 flyers. He says he stands by what the billboard says.

"You look out in to the world and we are enamored by how much sex is out there and we thought if someone needs to talk about it, it needs to be the church," he explained.

The pastor says that he is not trying to shock people into coming to his church, but is looking for the best way to bring people in.
