Yesterday Ryan and Ann Severn were heading toward their weekend job cleaning offices.

When she took off her wedding ring, it slipped out of her hand and into the drain.

He reassured his wife and went into the drain after the ring.

He couldn't find it, but that didn't stop him.

He went and bought a wet suit and went into the drain again.

When he still came up empty-handed he called in the professionals. After some searching through the muck, they found the ring.

"I had my doubts," Ryan laughed. "Definitely had my doubts."
