Duncan New Leader of Breakaway Diocese

Former Episcopal Church Bishop Robert Duncan has been elected to lead a breakaway diocese made up of conservative churches.

Duncan will head more than 50 Pittsburgh, Penn.,-area parishes.

They recently split from the national church to align with an overseas group of anglican churches.

Two other dioceses have also left the liberal Episcopal Church over several issues, including scripture and gay relationships.

The diocese of Fort Worth will vote this weekend to decide if they will leave the church.
