CBNNews.com - California is adding the words "Bride" and "Groom" back to its marriage license applications.
Tthe words had been removed when the state legalized gay marriage over the summer.

But heterosexual couples complained about the gender neutral titles of "Party A" and "Party B." The new application has optional boxes for checking "Bride" or "Groom."
An attorney for a husband and wife who sued the state told CBN News that this is more than just about words on a piece of paper.
"We at the Pacific Justice Institute are committed to following through with this.unashamed of being married as bride and groom," Attorney Brad Dacus said.
Californians will vote on an initiative to ban same sex marriage in November.
