CBNNews.com - A new survey out Monday shows faint signs that the economy is improving.

According to the National Association for Business Economics, more companies reported increases in demand for products as well as profit margins.

Companies also reported having to cut fewer jobs.

Although the survey showed some economic improvement, it found that the recession is not quite over.

Last week, the Federal Reserve also announced that the country's economy is improving.

Still, the number of Americans who feel bad about the economy is on the rise.
