Florence Poe of Cape Girardeau, Mo., is celebrating her 112th birthday.

She is the 11th oldest person in the United States and the 28th oldest in the world.    

She has lost her eyesight, but her friends say her mind is still sharp and she is just as spunky as ever.

Poe has outlived her husband and one of her four daughters. Her oldest daughter is now 91 years old. 

She said she is prepared if her time on earth is done. Her casket and gravesite have been ready for decades.

"I've had my casket bought for about 45 years, my grave been bought over 51 years," Poe said. "My headstone's up. I've been prepared."

Poe said her secret has been living a good, clean life and going to church.
