Ministers in Wichita, Kan., are fighting to keep a late-term abortion clinic closed.
Dr. George Tiller's family closed the clinic after his murder in May.
His friend and former colleague, Dr. Leroy Carhart, is now looking to re-open it, but a dozen ministers are asking Kansas health officials to take a closer look at him.
They say Carhart broken late-term abortion laws.
"For once, the city of Wichita is abortion free. And I feel a lot more peaceful," said David Gittrich of Kansans for Life. "I assume you guys feel a lot more peaceful too that there is not any kind of Holocaust going on, on children in the womb."
"We want to be known as a city that cares about families and mother and father and babies," he continued. "I like that a lot better."
A pro-life groups is considering buying Tiller's abortion clinic and turning it into a memorial museum for babies.
