Holiday decorating is underway at the Billy Graham Library in Charlotte, N.C.
The library is holding a number of Christmas activities that are open to the public in a month-long event called Christmas at the Library.
The event features a nativity, twinkling lights, carolers, and seasonal treats. Many photos, cards and other personal decorations that belong to Rev. Billy Graham and his family are also on display.
More than 21,000 people visited during the 2008 Christmas season.
"In 2008, we had a wonderful turnout for 'Christmas at the Library' and saw thousands come to experience the Christmas message and celebrate the season," Debra Cordial, director of the Billy Graham Library, told the Citizen-Times.com.
"Last year, our guests experienced horse and carriage rides and the Nativity that included live animals," she said. "So we wanted to keep much the same, but add a few new special features as well."
The holiday festivities will continue through December 23. Admission is free for most events.
