A Ten Commandments sign placed in the yard of a Milwaukee, Wis., home is causing quite a controversy.
The sign has been in the yard of homeowner Ron Stanis for five years.
The city of Milwaukee now says the sign is too large and is requiring Stanis to apply for a permit or take down the sign.
Stanis told Milwaukee television station WITI he is being targeted unfairly.
"The city is making rules and regulations on their own," Stanis said. "We're going to demonstrate and protest. We're going sign petitions . We're going to hand out flyers."
Officials say a $300 citation could be issued if Stanis doesn't comply.
