The U.S. Secret Service is still deciding whether to bring criminal charges against the couple who snuck into the White House during last week's state dinner.
The Secret Service has taken full responsibility admitting "they were deeply concerned and embarrassed by" the breakdown that allowed Michael and Tareq Salahi into the Obama administrations' first official state dinner.
However, the White House is being questioned for not having someone else there to double-check the guest list. White House officials have said the president was never in danger.
Meanwhile, the Secret Service director and the Salahi's have been called to testify before Congress on Thursday about the incident.
