The Gospel Music Association released a complete list of nominees, Friday. Tomlin leads the group with seven nominations total at the gospel music celebration.
Cinderella, Chapman's song written to his four girls, is up for "Song of the Year." The ballad became increasingly popular after the death of his 5-year-old daughter last May.

Newcomer Francesca Battistelli gained a surprising five nominations. She only entered the Christian music scene last year with her song, I'm Letting Go.
The 40th annual Dove Awards will be held April 23 at the Grand Ole Opry House in Nashville, Tenn.
