Fans Have Hand in This Year's Dove Awards

For the first time, Christian music fans will decide who takes home the gospel music title of "Artist of the Year" and "Best New Artist" at this year's Dove Awards.

Fans can go online and cast their vote in the two categories.

The Gospel Music Association released a list of nominees last week. Voting started Thursday.

Viewers can vote as many times as they like, and winners will be announced April 23 at the 40th Annual GMA Dove Awards.
